About Our Custom Interior Design Process
Embarking on a home renovation or new construction journey can evoke inspiration and excitement; however, it can also be a daunting endeavor. Enlisting the expertise of an award-winning Florida interior designer gives you the resources to flawlessly realize your vision of living in your dream home. Our home design process simplifies and enriches the home renovation experience with collaboration and innovation from the first design concept — to the final reveal.
How it Works
In the initial meeting, conversations about your lifestyle and preferences in regards to the aesthetics are discussed in detail, as we incorporate those into the design where both beauty and functionality are implemented into your space. The in-depth conversation would give us an understanding on how to approach the design process as to produce a cohesive interior space that is distinctly yours.
Once we have a clear picture on the design direction, we develop layouts that best fit the existing architectural space by designating furniture accordingly, making sure each room conforms to its purpose along with the minute, stylistic details that give your home a distinct feel.
Furniture and décor sourcing, selection of items and coordination with the assigned contractors comprise our Interior Design services. We execute the design you have envisioned for your space and work around all the necessary elements, even the finer details like shipments and scheduling are entirely up to us.
Fees and design minimums will be discussed during the interior design consultation. Furniture procurement is part of our Design Process.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT IS ‘FULL-SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN?
Full-Service Interior Design is our concierge-grade level of service that entails our oversight of all aspects of the project, from start to finish. Let our team handle the details, coordination, and installation (including coordination with trade professionals), so that together we can achieve a completely customized look and feel.
We’re there every step of the way to make sure every design detail is handled with care because every decision made impacts another. We’re here to handle the process and take the tedium and burden off you so you can handle YOUR life and YOUR priorities.
We prefer clients who are design savvy but understand that we’re there to handle the creative part of the project as well as all the logistics. We want to give you a beautiful home to enjoy, free of stress and worry about the process.
DO YOU PURCHASE FURNITURE:
We anticipate our full-service clients to let us purchase and coordinate everything on their behalf. If you have another intention, please let us know as that is a different type of design service.
WILL YOU DO CONSULTS AND SINGLE ROOMS?
Our design process does not lend itself to partial design. We find clients are most thrilled with their results when we design full projects for them. Working in a piecemeal fashion, for example doing only paint consultations or looking for a single item can be frustrating. If the preceding decisions made in your home are counter-intuitive to the result you are after, even a great paint plan or a great new sofa can’t fix previous missteps.
CAN WE SHOP TOGETHER?
Generally, shopping is not the most efficient way to work with your designer. Our experience has shown us that the key idea of working with an interior designer is to have one person steering the ship. This lets the original design vision be executed seamlessly, and effectively in a way that is truly service oriented for the client.
