Featured and it Feels so Good!
What a thrill! To be Featured as one of 32 Gorgeous Master Bedrooms with Outdoor Spaces on ElleDecor.com
Guess Who’s Featured in Elle Decor? Spoiler: It’s Me!
I’ve got some news that's too fabulous to keep to myself: I’ve been featured in Elle Decor! Yes, you read that right – little ol’ me, Jill Shevlin, your friendly neighborhood interior designer in Vero Beach, has made it to the big leagues.
The Scoop on the Feature
ElleDecor.com recently published an article titled "32 Gorgeous Bedroom Designs with Outdoor Spaces," and guess whose work made the cut? That’s right, mine! It’s a bedroom design that I poured my heart and soul into, and seeing it recognized on such a prestigious platform feels like winning an Oscar. Cue the happy dance!
The Design Deets
Let’s talk about the star of the show – the bedroom itself. This isn’t just any bedroom; it’s a dreamy oasis where indoor comfort meets outdoor bliss. Picture this: a serene sanctuary with plush bedding, soft lighting, and chic décor, seamlessly opening up to a lush, private outdoor space. Think of it as your personal slice of paradise, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun sets.

Inspiration Behind the Design
When designing this bedroom, I wanted to create a space that felt luxurious yet inviting, where every detail whispers (or maybe shouts) relaxation and sophistication. The outdoor space was a crucial element, inspired by the natural beauty of Vero Beach. I aimed to blur the lines between indoors and outdoors, making the most of our gorgeous Florida weather and stunning views. To see the whole project click HERE.
