Jill is a pleasure to work with. She invites creativity from her clients and can embrace new ideas.
For this waterfront renovation, we were tasked with creating a home that would be kid and pet-friendly, comfortable, durable and neutral to highlight the stunning views. The project included some unique transformations.
The entry sets the tone with a subtle 12-inch wide stripe of white in two different sheen levels, adding just a touch of contrast for a welcoming feel. The homeowners added a brilliant painting that grabs your attention when you enter the home.
In the what was a bar area, we created a cozy reading nook, installing three custom rift-cut oak bookcases just off the dining room. A beautiful Dining table now sits beneath two pendant light fixtures with a basket weave design where a pool table once was center stage.
Included in the renovation was a complete gut of the powder bath. When we started the powder room had a stone clad wall half way up. The tile was replaced with a fresh, modern look. With the addition of a crisp zigzag wallpaper, while the new light fixture and vanity offer a clean, updated vibe.
The family room was designed with the kids in mind, where a custom floating table overlooks the pool and river, perfect for casual family gatherings.
